White Wolf Holistic was born from a lifelong devotion to healing, intuition, and sacred service. Founded by seasoned practitioners with over 30 years of experience in the intuitive and energetic arts, our mission is to guide others home to themselves—whether through hands-on healing, spiritual mentorship, or immersive education.

We are certified Reiki Masters and Teachers, trained in Holy Fire®, Karuna®, and Usui Shiki Ryoho/Tibetan Reiki, with additional certification in Advanced Reiki Training (ART) and Access Bars®. As sound healing practitioners, tarot readers, and sacred sister circle facilitators, our work weaves together ancient wisdom and modern technique to offer a truly holistic approach to transformation.

What Confidentiality Means in Our Practice

  • All personal information shared before, during, or after a session is kept strictly confidential.

  • Details about your physical, emotional, or spiritual well‑being are never shared with anyone without your explicit permission.

  • We do not discuss your sessions, your presence in our studio, or your personal story with family members, employers, or other practitioners unless you request it in writing.

  • Your session notes (if taken) are stored securely and used only to support your healing journey.

Scope of Practice & Ethical Boundaries

  • Reiki practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe, or interfere with medical treatment.

  • We encourage all clients to continue care with licensed medical and mental‑health professionals as needed.

  • We maintain clear physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries to ensure a safe and supportive experience.

  • Clients remain fully clothed during all sessions, and touch is always gentle, respectful, and optional.

End‑of‑Life Reiki & Sensitive Situations

For clients receiving end‑of‑life Reiki or support services:

  • All conversations, emotions, and experiences are held with deep compassion and absolute confidentiality.

  • We honor the privacy of the client, their family, and their care team.

  • We do not share information with hospice staff or medical providers unless you or your legal representative request it.

Your Rights as a Client

You have the right to:

  • Ask questions about any part of your session

  • Decline any technique or form of touch

  • Request hands‑off Reiki at any time

  • Stop a session for any reason

  • Access or request deletion of any notes we keep about your sessions

  • Expect professionalism, respect, and ethical care at all times
